A Snapshot of My Professional and Academic Journey
Pursuing the Google UX Design Professional Certificate sparked my journey into the field of UI/UX design. Working through projects that replicated real-world design workflows—from understanding user needs and conducting research to creating and refining mockups—deepened my interest in designing intuitive and human-centered experiences. I look forward to continuously learning, growing, and exploring new ways to bridge technology and human needs through design.

Progressing from Mobile Application Developer to Senior Analyst, I bridged the gap between technology, business, and user experience. By working closely with marketing teams, I helped optimize digital platforms to support revenue growth and customer engagement. Through user behavior analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and partnerships with external UI/UX design agencies, I delivered data-driven solutions that improved usability, enhanced customer journeys, and aligned business goals with user needs.
To further expand my leadership and project delivery skills, I pursued and achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification. The program equipped me with industry-standard methodologies for managing project scope, timelines, resources, and risks. By leading project simulations and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, I honed my communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills to ensure successful project execution and sustainable business value.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Computer Science, where I developed a strong foundation in algorithm design, software development, and problem-solving. Throughout my studies, I gained experience in both front-end and back-end technologies, including Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
During the program, I collaborated with diverse stakeholders on various projects, culminating in the development of a comprehensive airline website for my final capstone project. This experience strengthened my technical expertise while enhancing my ability to work within cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused digital solutions.
